Uta Pippig, three time BERLIN MARATHON champion sends congratulations

Dear runners and organisers, that was truly superb!

I want to congratulate on a great 30th real,- BERLIN MARATHON. Sadly I was not able to witness this festival of running live. But I got information in the US and kept my fingers crossed for all participants and organisers.

I was especially happy for Paul Tergat that he was able to crown the jubilee with such a stunning world record. The real,- BERLIN MARATHON has an absolutely thrilling atmosphere, which I was able to experience as a runner three times and which I will never forget. I am sure it was the same this time again.
