Double bid by Paula in Helsinki

Paula Radcliffe announced on Monday she intends contesting both the 10000 metres and then the marathon at the World Championships beginning in Helsinki on August 6. Radcliffe says she plans using the track race eight days to fine-tune herself as a final preparation before the endurance road race gets underway.
