Poll: Asking for participants’ ideas and suggestions
Large-scale SCC-RUNNING survey on participant satisfaction at the real,- BERLIN-MARATHON

Due to continuously growing national and international competition,
SCC-RUNNING sets a focus on the quality and participant satisfaction at
their events. We would like to conduct sport events that appeal to the
wishes and imaginations of our participants. The offers and
services of our premium product, the real,- BERLIN-MARATHON, are to be
expanded and optimized according to the desires of
our participants. We would thus like you to submit your ideas and
suggestions for further editions of this event.
Sebastian Becker, who is writing his final Master’s thesis on “Customer
satisfaction analysis of an organizer of running events exemplified by
SCC-RUNNING Events GmbH“ will be implementing a two-week survey on
participant satisfaction following the 32nd real,- BERLIN-MARATHON.

Inline skaters will have access to the survey on September 24, 2005.
Runners, walkers, hand cyclists, and wheelchair athletes will be able
to submit the survey starting on September 25, 2005.
You will have the opportunity to comment on the SCC-RUNNING events, the
registration, supplementary offers, the event’s prize-performance
ratio, as well as to compare it to similar events. Moreover, you may
make suggestions for future races.
In late October 2005 a download with the poll’s results will be available on our homepage.
Those providing personal contact data will participate in the prize drawing. The prizes offered include:
- 3 free starting slots for the 33rd 2006 real,- BERLIN-MARATHON
- 5 free starting slots for another SCC-RUNNING event of your choice (excluding the marathon)
- 5 adidas polo shirts
- and 5 adidas t-shirts.
