Fast Flora London Marathon beckoning for Radcliffe
Paula Radcliffe's withdrawal from the Commonwealth Games with a foot injury could inspire her to another world record in this year's Flora London Marathon.
That is the opinion of David Bedford the capital's race director who is eagerly looking forward to Radcliffe defending her title on April 23 and scoring a fourth victory.
Bedford saw no reason why Radcliffe before his event, should not have successfully chased more Commonwealth glory in Melbourne.
It was the 32-year-old Bedford star's ambition to add the 10000 metres gold medal to the 5000m title she won in 2002.
