Countdown: 40 days to go – The control center of the registrations - the participant management

Whose registration was not submitted here, is probably not running the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON on September 30. All registrations from all events of SCC EVENTS comes together here. Over 180,000 individual applications a year; almost 500 registrations per day, which are handled by a team of six people in our Participant Management.

Each request for modification, whether a new address or a wrong date of birth. Every single question and modification is solved here. With over 40,000 participants in the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON, they have quite a lot to do. The phone rings almost constantly and the e-mail inbox is never empty.

During our Expo’s, and during the events themselves, the team is coordinating the help desk, and answers all the questions of the participants. To view the results after an event as soon as possible, they are preparing the result lists, printing out certificates and also manage the Jubilee-Club.
