Countdown: 9 days to go - let the water flow

Water is the source of all life and it helps runners to get through the challenge of a marathon. One thing we can ensure: the water supply is working thanks to our two partners, the Berlin Water Works and Water Kopp company.
The Berlin Water Works (Beriner Wasserwerke) provide the water which is ditributed by a water hose system, built by Water Kopp using the hydrants of the Berlin water system. Therefore about 10 km water hoses are put in place to supply all refreshment and aid stations with water.
More than 500,000 liters of water are distributed at the BMW BERLIN MARATHON.
