- When the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON celebrates its 50th anniversary from 28 to 29 September 2024, organiser SCC EVENTS is expecting well over 50,000 athletes from all over the world.
- Over 50,000 runners from more than 150 nations will come to Berlin on the last weekend in September. They will all take part in the 50th BMW BERLIN-MARATHON 2024, organized by SCC EVENTS. There will also be top-class national athletes in the fields
- The JOURNEY OF JOY is more than just a running course - it is an emotional journey that all participants in the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON experience in their own unique way. In preparation for the anniversary, we followed the journeys of three different runners. Follow our three protagonists on their way to the 50th BMW BERLIN-MARATHON.
- On 29 September 2024, the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON will celebrate its 50th anniversary with over 50,000 runners from all over the world. In addition to the countless amateur athletes, top international athletes will be coming to the German capital for the anniversary race.
- Premiere for a new running event! The GENERALI 5K at BMW BERLIN-MARATHON will start for the first time on 28 September 2024. The new, high-class running event leads over the last 5 kilometres of the original course to the marathon finish. Perfect as a warm-up for participants, family & friends and, of course, all Berliners who have been giving their all as spectators along the route for decades. Medal, timekeeping and pure emotion included!
